The Monthly Community Meeting of the Board of University Gardens Property Owners Association was called to order at 8:35 PM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, by Board President, Wen Yang

Approval of Agenda
The meeting agenda was distributed via email and
unanimously approved.
II. Review of Previous Minutes
The minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed
and approved.
III. Reports
An updated financial statement was presented by the Treasurer and
reviewed by the Board.
IV. Continuing Business
UPDATED FINANCIALS
● The April ending balance was $233,639.64.
● Most of the CD will roll over to another
3-months CD.
POOL AND TENNIS COURT OPENING PREPARATION
● The Board will begin preparations for the
opening party. Sandwiches and pizza will be ordered instead of a barbecue.
● The Board will schedule cleaning and powerwashing crews for the pool house.

CLUB IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS UPDATE & POOL MECHANIC
ROOM REPAIR
● A leak was discovered by Jennosa, and a
contractor identified the source of the leak underground.
● The Board discussed having the landscaper
clear the corner section of the property to allow for the installation of a
storage shed and concrete planters to serve as barriers.

The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2026, at 8:00 PM at
the Firehouse.
